Ms. Joshi-Gupta was born in India and studied Architecture and Urban Planning in the United States. Influenced by her architect father, the international style of her native city, Bangalore, and the history of her home city, New Orleans, she brings a unique, modern and global perspective to her design work. She has 20 years of experience in Architecture, Planning, Preservation, Interior Design and is a Louisiana licensed Interior Designer. She serves on several boards, including the Green Project and lives with her family in Uptown, New Orleans.

Dr. Ben Haney received his Doctor of Environmental Engineering degree from Tulane University in 1972. Since that time, he has worked as an environmental consulting engineer for a local engineering firm. Currently retired, he has been a member of the Green Project for over 15 years, a member of the Board for 10 years and Board Chairman for the past two years.
COMMUNICATIONS + DEVELOPMENT MANAGER // THE GREEN PROJECT
With over 5 years of nonprofit administration experience, Hailey leads the Green Project’s communication and development strategy. She has experience in event planning, filmmaking, digital design and environmental research.

Carla has been in the event planning business for over 17 years. She began this career at Saks Fifth Avenue where she was the Manager of Special Events for the New Orleans store. In creating and hosting fashion shows and in-store events, parties and fundraisers for this luxury brand, Carla developed a keen eye for detail and creativity. She carried this over to her career at The Shops at Canal Place where she was the Marketing Director for 12 years. Her relationships with national retailers as well as community leaders allowed her to execute over 300 parties and fundraisers of all sizes.

Carrie Tournillon is a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2012 and practices in the utilities regulation, oil and gas, and pipeline groups. She is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas, and has over twelve years of experience in administrative and public utility law.
Following a career in non-profit management, fund development and event planning, Elaine Haney retired to serve the non-profit community in a volunteer capacity. Elaine has worked with the Green project since 2004, planning “Green Expectations” and past Salvations galas.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR // THE GREEN PROJECT
After graduating from the University of Florida, Cat served as an AmeriCorps with Rebuilding Together New Orleans. With 9 years of building and programmatic experience, she became Executive Director at The Green Project in 2016. She is well versed in disaster recovery, resource management and the importance of preserving usable materials.
